All animals, and marine mammals were taken from the shore or a whale watching boat that was observing the strict recommended distance with a long 400 mm lens. No animals or marine life was disturbed to get these shots. Please keep your distance from any wild animals and marine life when photographing and/or observing these beautiful creatures.
